RON DBe prepared. Customers shouldn't have to do your job. If you do not want to be there then you should look for a different job, one that doesn't involve people. If you are the owner, you should sell. He lied to me about being able to pay cash when I got to London. I was going one way and all Uhaul reps know you can't pay when you return the truck. My credit card was already charged, before he gave me the truck key. He told me the amount was being held on my credit card another lie. Before he gave me the key my card was charged. The big truck was frozen and covered by snow. There was no brush and he wasn't very helpful. I rented this truck 48 hours prior and was a little late picking it up. I think the truck should have been at least be near the store and not on the otherside of the property and almost covered by a big snow drift. I was leaving a domestic and time was upmost important. Having to clean off a frozen 24' truck really wasted precious time. Very disappointed in so called service.

Cathie MThe original truck had a broken gas cap. Unable to remove it to re-fuel. I contacted customer service from the rental location because the person at that location was on hold for a long time. The gentleman that I spoke to was outstanding. He should be put in charge of customer service training because he got EVERYTHING right. I was off in a different truck quickly. At return I was overcharged for gas. Ana Wall was the person I dealt with. She too was outstanding and should be told so

Redo BI was to pick it up at the Strathroy Motel. Did not have my reservation. Changed to the other location in Strathroy. Truck cab was dirty and previous renter had tools left in it and I had to keep fixing the drivers wiper blade kept coming off
Daniel CThe only “issue” I had was that the driver side door wouldn’t close properly unless you SLAMMED the door. And the knob on the window arm was missing, so you had a hard time putting the window down. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. I would rent from them again and again. Keep up the great work
Philip SWent into Ryans Mini Mart to return the truck. We asked him if we needed to do anything or if there was anything else required from us. He said all was good. My credit card was charged without any phone call, email nor any invoice being sent to me to tell me what this extra charge was for. After contacting UHaul directly, they said I would get a credit for the inappropriate charge and transferred me to the appropriate department. They gave me huge attitude and the run around and said it had to be dealt with by someone else. After almost 2 weeks, there still has been no contact, from UHaul, nor has the charge been reversed. They are quick to charge your credit card, but not quick to fix their mistakes.

Gayle MThis is not reflective of the location, but about uhaul in general. The trick required servicing before it was rented out again. Asking for alternative contacts at reservation and then different contacts at pick up was inconvenient and unexpected. Was not notified if have to do this. Basically, if you are a loner you will not be able to rent a uhaul. Oh and false advertising on website. You will NOT have a grace period to return the truck. You WILL BE CHARGED AN ENTIRE EXTRA DAY, even though the website says otherwise.

Walter MUhaul is the shiestiest company around. I had a new quote on my computer that I made yesterday on my computer and when I went to save it, the website made me sign in and did not save the quote. I re-entered my dates and rental choices and the prices went up over 100%. How do you run a company that doubles its rates on thousands of dollars over night. The price went from $2200 to over $5600 with one click of the computer. I called to talk to a service agent and he said he couldn't help me and that it's because of supply and demand. This is ridiculous that a company can double their rates over night and expect people to pay them for a rental. We have used Uhaul twice before and had no problems worth mentioning and this is just absolutely insane. We will never be using Uhaul again or recommending anyone to use this company. Such a complete omen grab!!! Please pass this to corporate office!!

Jeffrey BCab was filthy. I could write in the dirt on the dashboard and instrument panel. Cup holder console was filthy as above and still had a previous renter’s COVID mask in it. The air conditioner did not work. I booked with mobile booking and it still took over 45 minutes to get the keys for the truck. I dont know how you expect to stay in business with this poor service. I’m not only never renting again I am actively telling everyone I know about the uhaul rental experience.

Ken CHave trucks at the site when scheduled! And reserved!! Moving is a very stress time. My experience was a shit storm and I have to pay for that? IT would be helpful that your representatives know what they're doing. I'm telling everyone Iknow to stay far away from U-Haulas possible based on my experience. My friends and family who waited and waited for the truck for 3 hours are also not impressed Ihave so many words for you but I'm a 73 yr old lady.

DARRYL TWhen a customer requests a pickup at a certain location a week in advance, don't change their pickup location twice during the week. Also, the drop off location, maybe don't have it 50 kms away. Not very convenient. The cab of the truck had sunflower seeds in cupholders. Not very clean during this period of COVID. Owner was very friendly though. I would go back and rent a uhaul from this location strictly because of him.

SHELDONJONATHAN HI dropped the truck off at 10:30AM but my emailed receipt says 12:30 so I got charged an extra day plus coverage. I also got charged 65$ for fuel when I filled it up to where it was when I took it. This is unacceptable and I will dispute the charges.
