This was an unmanned yard on a holiday weekend. Even though I returned my equipment an hour early and followed all the protocols via text and photograph. I was somehow still charged an overtime extra fee. I brought the problem up with the drop off representative and was assured it would be looked into. It has been weeks and I have still no contact or refund to my credit card. Not likely to use U-Haul again.
