Collin KThere was no dolly, which I paid for, and no one on the premises to help us. The mobile check-in was an absolute nightmare and took us well over and hour to finalize. Larry due to the fact that the WiFi was almost non-existent so trying to upload the pictures was awful. We had to start over MANY times. We then called the customer service number and were on hold for 30-40 minutes. NIT ACCEPTABLE! And now I have to call again to get the reimbursement for the dolly that I paid for but then had to go to Home Drpot and rent.

Jamie SHello, I rented a truck yesterday and returned it yesterday. I left a $100 deposit and they sent me a receipt that charged me $25 for cleaning, the truck was left clean or at least the same as I picked it up yesterday. here are the photos from when I picked it up yesterday it was dirty

hollis aThis location is super convenient for Avon Lake, Avon, Sheffield Village and Sheffield Lake rentals. It's a rather small and "tucked away" place so returns in the darkness can be uncomfortable. But most of the lot is well lit so it helps with feeling secure. Staff was friendly and helpful.
DIANA JI set up my acct online prior to driving to pick up the truck. I expected to just log in retrieve my pass code and drive away. I had to load my photo and drivers license. I took about 10 minutes to replicate what I did online. Returning the vehicle I locked up before having to take all the inside photos etc. It’s not a quick as I expected
MARIO Qtruck was not checked in until the following day, even though I returned it in less than 12 hours after pick-up. Truck was dirty on the interior, carpet pieces and loose washers all over in the back. Check in process via the app was unsatisfactory. Too much to do onsite, IDs and contact information should be done in advance, rather than making the renter do it onsite, particularly in areas with poor cell reception.

Callie LI am especially appreciative of Ashley at the mobile truckshare customer service. Our original reservation was for a different location for mobile pick up. when we arrived at 7:30 AM our reservation immediately got switched to desk service and were told we needed to wait until they opened to get our truck. Ashley was able to search and find us an available mobile pickup truck a little ways away so we weren't too far behind schedule for the move. I am grateful that this Avon Lake location had a truck ready. The truck was clean and beautiful. We ended up with extra mileage due to the mixup. we definitely wont be using the elyria location again.

Thomas DSince uhaul expects you to use smart phone, it should be made clear that cookies need enabled. took me 20 min to get my smartphone to take pic of my license until i realized the cookie problem

todd sDon't change a thing. 1st. reserved a truck at N. Ridgeville, they didn't have any trucks needed, they looked for a truck that was feasible to my liking at another location and they gave extra miles to accommodate for the distance of the other pick-up location. GREAT JOB.
Douglas Bthis is an auto repair shop and didn't seem like a rental location but it did have the truck i needed. With my first truck being broken it was good that i was able to get into this vehicle.
JOHN SI had to go to this location because the original location I booked did not have the equipment I reserved.
Thomas PI paid extra for a dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads. They were not in truck and now I have to wait for a refund.

Don EMy problem is not with the location it is with the Uhaul online account access. In both the pick up and return the online pickup and return functions didn’t work properly. For instance I actually returned the truck at 11:30 am on 5/22. Two and a half hours early. I logged into my account and clicked ‘return my truck’. At that point all it told me to do was place my keys in the orange bin. The next morning I get a receipt saying return was late and an extra $60 charge. Again the problem has nothing to do with SA Koch, just Uhauls website. Thanks.
Kirk OMaybe offer a tool that the customer can take to decouple the trailer when not in use.

Ron PWhen I made my reservation, I had also reserved 1 dozen furniture pads for use. When I opened the truck, they were not there - not in the cab, or the bed of the truck. I will be contacting UHaul for a refund of the charge.

Eugene PThe person overseeing the hook-up did not do a sufficient job of a safety check. We removed the holding pin from the hitch to allow the chains to attach. The pin was never replaced. Person (owner?) then took a picture of the final assembled hook-up and said I was all set. I drove for miles. Only out of shear luck did I decide to pull over and do a safety check on my own. By then the bolt that keeps the ball and hitch on my vehicle was gone. The weight of the trailer was the only thing holding everything together. I jacked up the trailer and re attached properly before continuing. I had to have another person driver and get the missing pieces that had come off due. Luckily, no one was injured or killed because of this oversight of safety. Whether it was an oversight or intentional, the safety check that Uhaul should have done failed in a massive level. Please enquirer about the picture he took. You will see the missing piece that holds everything together. I am deeply disappointed in the actions of this location and will not only never go back, but have been telling anyone inquiring on the move how blatantly irresponsible your representative is for the safety of your clients and the safety to everyone on the road.
