We ran into a problem attempting to get into the location with a 26-ft truck and autoloader. Even though the location was closed. The next thing we knew the owner came running out, stopped traffic on a busy road and helped us get the truck and the loader parked into a very small space. The owner of the U-Haul in Moscow was just amazing and wonderful.
Paul DI dropped off on Sunday evening and they said they saw it on camera but I was charged for an extra day even though it wasn't due until Monday at 4:00 pm
Sean POriginally scheduled pickup for the main office in Moscow in person, but reservation was changed last minute to S&S Auto Sales. I paid for a furniture dolly and furniture pads with the truck, but neither were inside the vehicle. I had to go back to the main office in Moscow to pick them up, where they charged me again for both items, so I paid twice for them. I haven't received a refund for the first set of undelivered items.

Shannon HWas asked to drop off trailer in Moscow instead of my requested Lewiston. Was told that there was only one location in Moscow. Used my GPS and it gave me a different location in Moscow then the main location which I was not aware of. Was contacted the next day that I had dropped off at wrong location. Charged me a wrong drop off fee. This situation was very disappointing and now I know that there are 2 locations for U-Haul in Moscow even though I was told there was only one.
Rodney BI didn't want to have to do the check in myself on my phone, which is why I wanted to do it at the Uhaul location (even though it was a little further away). My reservation was moved, and the employee at this location didn't have the greatest customer service at checkout. He did help resolve and issue when we returned, so he gained back some points, but overall - there was a reason I selected a certain location and was not happy to have my reservation moved to here.

hayden wAlmost got stuck in the mud, no lighting, worse then poor indication of anything uhaul related.
Susan PDidn't have any of my equipment at this location. Had to pick up my two dollys and furniture pads at another locations. When I arrived at the other location they didn't have any furniture pads available.
Nicholas OThe guy was friendly. The little shack he used for his office was not clean at all. Looked more like an auto salvage shack. 2 out of 5 stars
Randy OThe truck was not aligned it was pulling the entire trip I had to keep the wheel pointed at 1:00 to keep it straight which cost us in fuel efficiency also it had shifting issues on hills rpms were reving was concerned. Truth was leaking and got water on our beds. Was not happy!
