Shirley LOne of the easiest transactions I have ever had utilizing rental equipment. Got in and out at both ends of my trailer rental without hassle and equipment was in very good condition. I would use again and recommend hands down.
sonya cSuper helpful! Since they didn’t have any ratchet straps for sale they gave me a personal ratchet strap to help tie down the machines. Great help with everything!

ronni cTruck had more gas than when picked up. I got charged for more gas. I was charged for a cleaning of the truck. It was raining the whole time from pick-up to drop off. I don't know what the f ck would have been cleaned. Nothing was in the cab or box to clean up. I was ripped off by SCI Enterprise.
Robert CWhen I picked up the truck from this location, I picked the mobile pickup option due to the facility closing around that time. I got a call exactly at 5 (my reservation time) from the facility asking if I was still coming to pick up the truck. I told them that I was on my way, but the roads were snowy, and it was taking a minute. The person's reply was I guess I will try and keep the computer on." I was about 10 minutes after pickup time getting there to grab the truck. The person I dealt with was visibly annoyed that I was late and was short with me for the remainder of the interaction. The truck was clean and good to go, so that was nice. I ended up having to call in and extend my reservation. The woman I talked with from uhaul's customer service line was friendly and very helpful. Upon returning the truck to the facility, I had a different person I interacted with for dropping the truck off. He was happy and helpful. Made my view of that facility more positive.

Phillip WThe pickup truck that I reserved was not available and had never even been returned from the previous renter the day before. I had to rent a moving truck instead and it was expensive for just 24 hrs. The truck was dirty, couldn't hardly see out the windows and the handles to roll the windows down we're broken or non existing.

Colin AOther than having to move a trailer to park a 26 foot truck so we wouldn't block parking lot entry/exit, the overall appearance of location was clean and organized with easy access. A customer should be able to access their info by using contract number and not entering the info over and over again.

kendall gHave more one way u hauls. After calling for hours and stopping at several locations all over Seattle. And then confirming a reservation to then get it canceled. The closest one way was 2 and half hours from Seattle. The call centers are horrible. A direct number to the actual store would be great.
