There needs to be a jack on each trailer so you can unhook it easily and hook it back up I bought a jack just to hold on it quick so I could unhook it from the truck to load the truck up and then removed it

The U haul system would not let me return my to my local dealer , which is two blocks away. The system wanted me to return it to a u haul 70 miles away, or 140 miles round trip from home. Finely after much time and hours later this was adjusted to a u haul dealer 17 miles away or a 34 mile trip.

Darrell DFelt overcharged for the supposed 4 Gallons of gas I was short. Didn’t have the time of day to check the u-haul in as I was standing there and the only customer.

Madonna BIt took me a total of an hour from when I got to the location to pick up my truck. The mobile instructions were very good and easy to follow however I had so many small issues, ranging from the code not working for the key to my truck reservation having to be a different truck number all together. I was on the phone with 24/7 service and they were helpful but I spent 15 minutes or so on hold/on the phone. It was just a hassle and took a while to complete.

Sam MThey didn’t have a truck at one location so they moved into another and I had two trucks reserved so no one could figure out what to do. So they transferred me to 24/7 people and was on hold for 44 minutes. The back of truck was dirty there was trash in the cab, there were several dents all over truck that weren’t on the pics. I didn’t have time to dispute them all since I was already 2 hours behind just trying to check the truck out. Horrible horrible experience.

David KSatisfied with everyone involved, not happy at uhaul fuel policy, when I picked up truck gauge was on 1/4 tank.. Filled up to 3/4 tank my gas was $90 and asked to be reimbursed for the$45 worth of fuel... They would not refund me so I'm out an extra $45 🥴
