BRITTON HThe return location was changed as I was in route. The new location was 25 miles out of the way and back down the mountain. Please make sure the return location is taking returned rentals before you complete the contract. I paid more to have a more convenient location, and then was told they weren’t accepting return trailers as Inwas ready to return it. Not very convenient at all.
DAVID DStill excellent, but the signage could have pointed to the location better.
John EThr lady needs better customer experience. It's not my responsibility to take pictures and send them to her personal phone. She has a job to perform and that's to check the truck for gas and mileage. She didn't like the fact that I loaded the pictures to Uhaul and not on my personal phone.
Christopher BUhaul had a leak in the roof and soaked most of my belongings. Photos and furniture were ruined. Costing me precious memories of my deceased daughter and a few thousand in furnishings

CLIFFORD HHad a uhaul computer issue and even though I turned in the truck a day early, I was deemed overdue. Judy in Clayton and Nancy at Uhaul customer service solved the issue. I will use this location again because its convenient.

CARL MThe people are really nice. The location is very small and has very limited cell phone service to record the information U-Haul needs. You have to drive a couple of miles away before you can use the internet. It’s crazy that you can not assign the drop off location at time of order on the web, or when you pick up the trailer. You have to call the traffic team and they can assign it. Nice people too. But come on U-haul. The drop off locations sometimes are a 2 hour drive from my end location.’ Lots of extra work on uhauls part to fix it. Equipment had a leak

JOHN SUnattended drop off on both occasions, but instructions were clear and I had no problems whatsoever in dropping off the trailer. Even though my internet reception didn't allow me to check over the internet, Judy, was very helpful over the phone and I will definitely use this drop off location again if that's were you need the equipment most. There are several options.
HENRY HI have made a request for a follow up from a territory manager to follow up with me. I think customer service was going to pass on my information. Thank you. My experience was definitely not up to UHaul standards.

John HHad I gone just 24 miles north into NC, my rental bill would have been $124.95 instead of $166.32 in Clayton, GA. Additionally, I specifically asked for a 5’ x 8’ trailer with a rear ramp door. I was told one was not available within the 50 mile search radius. Finally, I specifically told the Uhaul agent that I needed to return the trailer to Murrells Inlet or Myrtle Beach, SC. So, where did someone plug the return location to? Georgetown, SC (about 28 miles away). Then when I returned the trailer to a Uhaul dealer in Myrtle Beach, I was charged and additional $2.00. Pathetic…

Christopher MIt would have been helpful to see a U-Haul sign at the entrance to the property directing you left to the correct side of the site. Going to the right makes you drive through some wicked potholes to get around to the site. I see others have made the same comment about this location.
Joseph CThere was no person on site when I picked up my 6x12' trailer. She called me and instructed me how to hook up the trailer, which had trash in it from the last person. I do not understand why I had to do U-Haul's job and hook up the trailer, chains, and lights myself. Poor experience.
Thomas MAs a drop off location I liked that there is plenty of room to maneuver. However, not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area so maybe additional signage on 441.
Steven FUHaul should add a link to a map and directions to their App to make it easier to find the location of pickup and drop locations. It took nearly a half hour to find the drop location in an area of Georgia that we were unfamiliar with.

Nash Gzero human factor! Atrendant/ proprioter was not on site, wanted everything done over the phone. Unit was nearly "lent" to another person even tho I had a reservation. This felt like self checkout at walmart. No personal touch, all tech!
