THIS IS THE WORST UHAUL PICK UP EVER... I SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR THE DUMB GIRL TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHECK ME IN... AND THAN SHE TAKE ME TO THE TRAILER POINT IT TO ME THAN WALK AWAY... DIDNT CHECK THE LIGHTS THE TRAILER OR ANYTHING SEE IF ITS WORKING FINE... I HAD TO HOOK IT TO MY TRUCK ALL BY MYSELF WITH NO HELP..!!! AND WHEN I RETURN THE DAMN KID DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH WHATEVER I SAID HE REPLY WITH OKAY OKAY OKAY.. AND DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL HE DOING.. GOT ME SO DAMN MAD.. HOW THE HELL UHAUL PARTNER WITH THIS MESSY AND HORRIBLE PLACE... I WOULD NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH ANY OF THIS SHIT EVER AGAIN

please let the renter know the real total price for the rental instead of giving part of the total and then hitting us with another fee we were not told about please be more up-front about this.
GREGORY Hmaybe add a qr code to the trailer so its easy to check the trailer back in or in the email you send make the link a little bigger because on my phone I had trouble finding the link.
MARK DThe trailer that I ordered on the app was not on the lot. I had to settle on the only trailer they had. I was given no paper receipt and assistance in attaching the trailer. There was no extension for the lights and had to take with no working lights. I had to go to another U-Haul lot that was closed and take an extension off another trailer. I was told I could drop the unit off at another location. I did and charged me with a one way fee. The clerk representing U-Haul had no idea of your policies or procedures. Terrible experience. When the trailer was dropped off at other location, there was no check in process or receipt given. When I got home and checked the app it showed the unit not being returned. I had to call the U-Haul facility and had to have the employee track it down in the lot. He informed of the extra charge. If a proper check in was done this would not have happened and could have return the unit to the correct place, saving my money.
Dan DI always check in and return online. This location made me come in reenter a ton of info and in the process charged me for items I did not need nor did they even HAVE at the store!!! When I pointed this out to man helping me he just said he doesn't know anything about the system..."I just click, click, click" were his exact words :( I was in a hurry and didn't have time to cancel whole order/refund ect...I had already been there for 20 minutes when it should of been an easy online pick up! Then when we walked out to trailer he just stood there and said he has a bad back and can't hook up the trailer...At every other Uhaul location that I have rented from they MUST hook it up themselves to ensure it's done correct and safely. He just watched as I, a woman, lifted the trailer hitch and attached it to car and connected lights. Then he took his pictures for corporate and walked back into store without a word. I would NEVER recommend this third party Uhaul dealer...A longer drive but I will only rent from official Uhaul locations from now on!
SUMMER OThe person at the counter wasn’t able to help connect the trailer, trailer was missing wires for the lights, once wires were provided, there was still one light that was not working.
Laura MNot all the lights worked on the trailer when I asked the girl who was either his significant other or his employee. She couldn’t tell me whether or not they did. I found out later they didn’t plus he expected me to bring somebody to lift up the equipment and put it on my truck. I don’t weigh that much. He’s smaller than me. He had no way of getting it up there. It took getting his other employee, the female to help us lift it to get it on my hitch And I knew it was gonna be a problem and I had to spend more money to get a jack to get it off my freaking truck. I would not recommend this person or this place to anyone and if I could, I would’ve just canceled it and gone someplace else. This was a nightmare, a bloody nightmare.
