My uhaul experience was the worst. Took an hour to get the Uhaul even on the phone with the Uhaul lady to help me she didn't know what to do as far as picking up using the app. Then the uhaul check engine light was on but the location I picked up from was closed so I had to do what I had to do. I paid for a appliance dolly NO DOLLY INSIDE. They then send me all over town for a Dolly and everywhere they told me to go NO DOLLY. So my people had to move a washer and dryer with there bare hands smh. Truck was so raggedy it shook the whole ride to where we made 1 trip with all the big stuff and I took the Uhaul back early again app wouldn't work properly for me to return the raggedy truck so I had to call the 1800 number and she helped me and put in my complaint they gave me back 50 I feel I should have gotten all my money back.
