Staff was not expecting my arrival for some reason. Then took almost half an hour to go through and process my rental agreement. After I returned the vehicle (before scheduled time), I checked receipt and realized I was overcharged. When I called the retailer, they gruffly said I needed to call U-Haul directly and gave me the cell phone for the regional manager for U-Haul. Have yet to receive a call back.

Terrible service, keys not in lock box when I opened it. Caused us a 5 hour delay in my move out. Had to abandon this U-Haul and location to go to Sussex.
