The people were nice and equipment was clean on the inside. My biggest issue is that the truck tires especially in the front were horrible. Very worn and not even tread. This caused extreme vibration at all times and a horrible ride and experience. I even questioned the staff about the tires and they assured me that the tires were fine. Not the case. I was in desperate need of the uhaul and didn't have time to find another 26ft truck. I just dealt with it and my experience was horrible‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I truly wasted my money for a quality truck and got a dump. All this bad review over tires. Please put time into ensuring people have a good experience and a smooth ride.. the truck can be beat up. Yet with a smooth clean ride we could have had a great experience.
