conrad bEverything went well, truck and car transport were ready at pick up time. The representative on sight was friendly, knowledgeable and went over all the information about the equipment and paperwork.
Charles SI arrived at 8 am. And the location was closed. The parking lot was pot marked and muddy. I did use the early drop off with no issues.
TERENCE HTruck was still covered in snow and ice, and it was also parked in snow and ice. Very hard to get to. It also broke down and I had to call the uhaul roadside. Which killed 5 hours of my moving time
Rachel EIt was too expensive and too far from me but the only van for miles. I was charged for every little thing. Like I thought as long as I kept gas in it it was good no there's a .50 charge for every mile over.
AUDRA CI felt like the person that rented me that you all was very friendly, easy-going, and trying to do a good job. She was just handicapped by the way the previous person returned the U-Haul. She cleaned the back of the U-Haul while I waited, but I still had to go home and clean it out again. It appeared that somebody hauled mulch in it. Also, the cab was very dirty from people getting in and out with muddy boots. My wife would not even ride in it. She insisted on following in the car.
THOMAS DSite needs to explain that they are NOT actually open and you are required to use self service option. And to charge $21 for less than 20 miles after I paid $0.79/mile for the mileage is ridiculous.
PATRICIA SI was not informed where to locate the lock box on the property. The van was dusty on the outside and the inside back of the van needed to be vacuumed. The windshield was dirty and using the wipers in attempting to clean it made it worse.

Timothy MHad a van reserved but was told none were available so switched to truck 15 FT. When we picked up the truck there were two vans sitting there which kind of upset me at the time. Why was my van cancelled in the first place. When I returned the truck one van was rented out already. The location was closed Saturday so the reservations made the day before explain that to me

TRAVIS VI was under the impression that someone would be there on a Saturday. No Wifi and it took way too long for pickup. I do applaud the company for contacting me the day before and telling me to wear boots due to the recent flooding from the remnants of Helene.

Rodney WGot to the location to return my uhaul around 415 and no one was there. Sign on door said to call this number 252 333 4841 so I called the number and got a recording stating to leave a message and they would get back with me as soon as they could. Found the drop box and on the side of the building and and followed those instructions to help return the uhaul. If this would have been after hours I would understand this. I didn't get a call back until this morning and had to explain why I called yesterday like they didn't look in the lock box or see an extra truck in the lot.
DONALD WThe return process was difficult. I used Ride share because I was returning late and the app kept glitching.
DORIANN BI had to change equipment as the first one had issues. Also, the U-Haul system was down. So I spent excessive time there. The person there helped me get into different equipment and adjusted the charges. But U-Haul reversed them back to original. Check your equipment before you leave the lot.

DelSean CThe truck had dirty floor boards because it was parked on the side of the building in a pool of water. The brakes could be heard squealing. The 24/7 after our process is quite tedious if you haven't done it before. I still prefer the person to person process so that the truck can be inspected together prior to issuance.

The experience besides her was wonderful, but due to her poor behavior I would not frequent this location again or recommend it to others.

Rodney WThe lady I spoke with was rude asf and wouldn't even let me explain the situation. I was told it would be 150 to get a mover to get the couches I couldn't get off the truck because I'm 8 months pregnant and I told the man I spoke with that would be fine. Then I get a bill for $600+. No I'm sorry.

Alicia SOnline check in wouldnt accept my ID due to it being the paper copy issued by dmv from the renewal. After that no one was present to assist with verification of documents. Corporate number forced me to get someone to drive all the way over to where we were. Then ask if i was driving and then rescan my id and said it was okay? So what was the point of making someone drive all the way to me if yall were going to just accept my Id after i told the people on the phone im going to call Corporate about this whole shitty experience. I have a second reservation at the same location for the following Thursday, however im going to assign this to a location that actually have a person and not self check in only. So aggravating just to borrow a truck for a few hours. Plus the truck was dirty on the inside, and mud all over the back tires like the previous customer got it stuck.
Eric SWe've been using UHaul exclusively since a big move in 2021. On each occasion, from first contact to end, our experience has been EXCELLENT! This time was for a small delivery and a trip of less that 60 miles, and from our pick up at one office to depositing the 10ft truck at the end of our trip, it ALL worked FLAWLESSLY. From SK Enterprises who got the day started for us to our FAST and CONVENIENT drop off at Victory Computer, UHAUL Personnel are experts at efficiency, knowledgeable and helpful. They simply are UNMATCHED!
Bee TWhen I picked up the truck it was filthy, the attendant swept out the truck before I would take it. The truck itself was beat up badly by previous users, I took a lot of pictures to prove the damage was not from me. It had some serious issues that I did not realize until I started driving it away, I didn't want to take it but was advised it was the only 15' one way available. The driver door did not shut correctly, I was constantly afraid it would fly open when driving, the ill fitting door created a very loud disturbing whistle that I could only stop by leaving the window open which then allowed road noise, still better than the piercing whistle, but neither great. The side view mirrors were unable to be adjusted on either side, the entire 780+ miles I could not see the traffic coming up on me, terrifying ride. Overall I wish I had another choice, I would not have taken this truck.

Christina RLies saying I got a dolly when I never did and my U-Haul was clean!! I swept it and cleaned out my stuff I had in the cab was only my phone and wallet. Lied about it and everything. Never using u haul ever again or this place will tell everyone in this area I know not to use them. My whole family is from the county they are in and so on.

Kimberly CI have dropped off two trucks at this location and neither time has anyone been there. The door was open, but there was nobody there. I did talk to a lady this past time and she told me just to drop the keys in the box and she would check it in later.

GERALD TWe got there around 11 am and no one was there but their website said open. There was a sign on the door to text or call a number. We texted and got no response so we waited and then called and was told to just put the keys in the Dropbox.
