Using the app to get the key has been difficult for me a few times now I hate it it’s much easier to have someone there to help you sign it out also why charge over 5.00 a gallon of gas when it’s not that much I always put gas in this last time I forgot and I was charged 11.80 for two gallons of gas I’ve rented quite a few Uhauls in the past I’ve never had an actual trouble with the uhaul it’s self it’s convient to move all at once thank you for that

The website is useless. It doesn’t retain information, it does not show that a person has a reservation, it was not helpful. It made the whole situation more stressful than necessary. It did not add ANY convenience to the experience. Drop off was much smoother.
