I ordered a appliance dolly to move a refrigerator , the dolly in the truck was a regular dolly of no use . as we pulled up to the truck i noticed the gas cap was off, the mobile app said the truck had almost 3/4 of a tank, it had about 5/8 of a tank, just little a little over 1/2. the back door wasn't locked, their was only 4 blankets instead of 12 one dozen. i was also told there was supposed to be a green seal you had to break to get at the dolly. no green seal. didn't use the dolly cause i had one the same size. PLEASE adjust the charges on my bill. Thank you

DAVID RIt’s just a body shop in the back where you can drop off the truck but the employee there was super nice and easy to talk to. Close to public storage also

SILVANA DI requested a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck. The location had no attendants so I was stuck without it. I submitted the fact that it was missing when I did truck checkout with the app, but I still got charged for it. Not having it made the move so difficult that I nearly just hired a moving service. I will never go to that location again, and I genuinely think I deserve a full refund. Terrible.
