returning the truck was also disappointing. app is under spouses email and phone. tried to return by signing in to the app, but it was not working properly. finally called the 800 number and they told me to just put the keys in the drop box. took pictures of this. not sure i want to use u-haul in the near future again. did not have to interact with any personnel at this location. not sure anyone was there.

The store clerk did not speak any English. he used his phone to translate Spanish to English. I had to use the U-Haul App to reserve the truck. The App seemed to have some bugs and U-Haul service had to help. The whole process took about 45 minutes. I have rented similar trucks at a full service U-Haul and to process only took a few minutes.
