The trailer seemed old and very dirty. I was able to secure my vehicle and all the lights did work.

TODD BFirst trailer... hooked onto got to where I was headed. Noticed there was some issues with trailer. Had to take it back as the axle froze up or binded. So lost time and money having to take it back. The gentleman there was great swapped me out quickly. He was wonderful but still had to pay full amount and lost time and fuel.

MANU PI was originally given a drop off point on River Rd in St George, but the place does not exist! I had to find the uhaul number and ask what I should do. The first lady said you're right, there isn't a uhaul at that location. The second lady said, yes there is, it's just new. She encouraged me to go around and check again. I told her, I have already been driving circles there for 30 minutes, but there is no Uhaul sign, and no uhaul trailers anywhere, and no place to park. She finally gave me a new location on the totally opposite side of St. George, so I dropped it off there without a problem, and they said that other place on River Rd closed awhile back. But I felt that was a confusing rat race that delayed us 2 hours getting back on the road (without a Uhaul).

TERRY RThe trailer I rented had a bad vibration. After 200 miles I could only go 45 mph because the vibration got so bad. I stopped in Heber Utah and had to have the trailer replaced. The Heber Utah U-Haul was great. I can’t imagine you let a trailer out on the highway in this condition! My trip took 2 hours longer than it should have. Very disappointed in your company.
PAUL BWhen we picks up the truck, the windshield was covered in bugs. The gas tank was half full and the oil didn’t even register on the dip stick. Two and half quarts later of the indicated oil brought the oil level into range. We continued to check the oil several times while traveling to insure there wasn’t an issue with the engine oil. It was frustrating to get a truck that seemed to be ill prepared for our big drive. I expected more from a professional rental company. It’s the little things that matter to consumers!
matthew tOur truck was due to be returned on a Saturday at 9am. There was no one in the store and no sign indicating store hours, so we didn't know if anyone would even be there that day. As it was, the attendant finally showed up at 9:11am and there was a line of people waiting for assistance. We were able to turn in the truck over the phone, but waited an additional 10 minutes to confirm with the attendant that we were good to go. It was a little nerve wracking after a long move.
