Very helpful and easy to find. The location U-Haul originally wanted me to drop off the truck at did not look like a U-Haul location, and was dumpy looking. Sys was clean, inviting, friendly, and helpful. Easy. Check in.

Horrible experience
Told he was going to charge us after getting a day free from Uhaul and he said we couldn’t drop off truck there unless he charged us for another day.

Gary & Ashley were over the top phenomenal. Ashley gave me wonderful & correct advise about getting to SYS STORAGE on foot bc I had to leave the car nearby. Gary has been one of the coolest people I've met in Utah in 20 years. Before I even left the lot with the 10 ft Uhaul I rented I told him...I've already gotten my money's worth just talking with you!! It's also a beautiful peaceful location! Best experience ever!

I was supposed to pick up the vehicle in Bountiful and was pushed to Layton which meant I had to pick up in Layton, drive to Bountiful and drive back to Clearfield. Not only was that a huge inconvenience but traffic was bad so we almost didn't make it before they closed. The guy assisting us made it sound like he was doing us a huge favor because he was about to close the office and overall was not customer friendly.
Also cost me way more than it was worth considering I had to drive to Layton when I live in Bountiful and then after driving back to Bountiful had to go to Clearfield. Traffic alone added hours to my day.
Overall not happy with the experience.

The man who was working there was not pleased we showed up like we interrupted his day. He complained that he was not notified a truck was coming then confirmed we were at the right location. He didn't know how to read the gage. We were right at 1/4 tank as our contract required but he kept telling us it read 1/8 so we left bought $20 in gas and returned then he said we were well over the required 1/4 in fact we were at 1/2 a tank. He complained about the way uhaul did business and how he had to deal with
all the customers. The young female receptionist was doing her best to help us. The pick up location was great, very helpful professional and great to work with. I would be reluctant to deal with uhaul at the return location. We spent over $800 and were not even thanked for our business.
