Upon drop off I kept being told to "go on the app" to close put the contract, but my phone doesn't have a data plan and there was no wifi which to connect. I was told to call so and so because, though they put in the truck and trailer were returned, I had to close it through my phone. I came back the next day and told a different person, and HE closed it out - bam, just 2 minutes. THAT should have happened the day before.

Spent a half an hour doing the reservation on the phone. Was assured that the location that was booked had the right size vehicle then get called back the next day saying it wasn't then when I picked up the truck I spent another half hour just trying to get the keys while on the phone with the owner of the store where the truck was located. So why waste all the time online doing the reservation when I have to do it again?

I was charged 49$ just for using my debit card.Over all was very disappointed that my card was charged 179$ for something that was supposed to be 92$
