The pick-up was unclear because the staff inside of the convenient store could not give me the key right away due to a process that they did not explain to me. Also there was no dolly inside of the u-haul that I paid for and there was no way of taking this charge off.

It was clean inside and noticed the front headlight was out after leaving site. Otherwise it was a bit out of my area and was offered a good deal to try the location. The individual who gave me key was also the one who checked me out.

Gregory DThe first place on florin road. Called and told me they cancelled my reservation. I was on the phone with a rep when I booked it. They moved my reservation 4 times and charged me more then the original reservation. My cc was on account to pay for truck. I has laughed at by first woman. Last woman hung up on me. I will never use uhaul again. I will also make sure yelp and Google knows. You sent me to a 3rd party and they never done this before. They told me to put on my hazards and my battery died. Worst experience ever.
