See above. U-Haul didn't know we had returned the truck and threatened legal action. It took 2 calls and 2 days to get it appropriately checked back in. Thank God we didn't take U-Haul up on the many requests to tow additional cargo on the back of the truck because the truck was dysfunctional to begin with.
