I wasn't given enough miles, was charged 11 dollars for going over my miles. I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I got it probably about twenty dollars more fuel. I don't think I should have to pay the 11 bucks

Clerk did not process tax exempt stating that it was to be done on return. This resulted in additional calls, report filing, etc..... after the fact. Receipt was NOT emailed from this location. All receipts received showed $0.00. Had to call for correct one to be sent after credit card processed for filing claim through work

Was not at location I booked the truck from. Paid for a Dolly that was not in the truck. Made loading and unloading very hard.

They ignored me when I was trying to turn in my trailer. 3 times. They did not try to help me immediately. I had to complain and get ugly. They did not check my trailer in. I got a call 2 days later saying that they did not know that they had it.

The lady at the store was nice and very helpful but the only issue I had was with U-Haul it self. The truck was not clean. There were half smoked cigarettes in the truck, an empty cocaine bag, and a needle in the cup holder. The mileage was off by 67.6 miles and the gas tank was almost empty but the paper the rep gave me said it was on a quarter tank. I showed her a picture of the mileage and the tank before I left. She called U-Haul for them to straighten it out so that I was not charged and U-Haul charged my card for $100 over what I was originally suppose to pay.
