I wasn't given enough miles, was charged 11 dollars for going over my miles. I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I got it probably about twenty dollars more fuel. I don't think I should have to pay the 11 bucks

Clerk did not process tax exempt stating that it was to be done on return. This resulted in additional calls, report filing, etc..... after the fact. Receipt was NOT emailed from this location. All receipts received showed $0.00. Had to call for correct one to be sent after credit card processed for filing claim through work

Was not at location I booked the truck from. Paid for a Dolly that was not in the truck. Made loading and unloading very hard.

They ignored me when I was trying to turn in my trailer. 3 times. They did not try to help me immediately. I had to complain and get ugly. They did not check my trailer in. I got a call 2 days later saying that they did not know that they had it.

The lady at the store was nice and very helpful but the only issue I had was with U-Haul it self. The truck was not clean. There were half smoked cigarettes in the truck, an empty cocaine bag, and a needle in the cup holder. The mileage was off by 67.6 miles and the gas tank was almost empty but the paper the rep gave me said it was on a quarter tank. I showed her a picture of the mileage and the tank before I left. She called U-Haul for them to straighten it out so that I was not charged and U-Haul charged my card for $100 over what I was originally suppose to pay.

What he told me was that I could not get the truck until 9am on Sat. morning. When the lady from Uhaul called me on the prior Thurs and told me that he did not even have a truck or was not expected to get a truck for Sat. and that he would be closed the whole weekend, I was dumbfounded to say the least. Fri. nite my son told me he had 4 trucks sitting on his lot. ?????????

Your service is terrible. You lie to your customers. I was told the Design Central was opened at 8 AM. That was the second lie by your company. We had to sit and wait. I never said I would be there at 12 to get the truck when we had to be out of the storage place by 12 PM. Your company ended up costing us an additional $80.00 in Gas because of your lies. Your company lies and does not listen to what your customer tell you. Word of month about a company can really hurt them and believe me unless something is done about these errors within 48 hours I will let every person I know not to deal with your company and why. Everything I have stated is true and I can publish this statement. The first lie was we were told when we booked your truck that we would be picking up the truck in Jacksonville at either one of there two localtions. We said that was great. When your company call ed to confirm we found out your employee lied to us. Not in Rushville 37 moles out of our way. Also your truck you gave us needs an alignment. They truck was terrible to drive. I am turning your company over to the Better Business Bureau. I will never deal with your company again. The location was a big proble.

I had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick up trailer. Not. Dealers fault. Nothing was a available near Macomb IL.

I had to drive an extra 30 miles to pick up the truck because the location I had originally chosen did not have the size truck I wanted.

There was noone at the location so this is an unknown. It appears that I was charged $25 for cleaning the trailer. At no time did anyone at the pickup location specify verbally that there would be a cleaning charge. This should be explicitly communicated verbally.

This location was by default, because I had made a reservation over a month prior to pick up the trailer in QUINCY, IL. This cost me over 2 extra hours, which should not have occurred, given the advance reservation. This problem started my moving experience on a sour note. The reservation gal did knock some cost off the rental, but barely enough to cover the gas spent chasing down the equipment, not to mention the time I wasted . A poorly handled reservation.

The online reservations system did not show that I had reserved moving blankets and dollies in addition to the truck. The dealer personally found the equipment and brought it to my house (16 miles away). Please make sure that the dealer gets all of the equipment reserved online.
