VEHICLE PROVIDED WAS SUPPOSED TO CHARGED AT LOWER RATE, SMALLER VEHICLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. TRUCK WAS RETURNED PRIOR TO 11:00 A.M., I DEPOSITED KEY & CONTRACT, COULD NOT FIND BUTTON TO ACTIVATE SYSTEM AND CALLED THE AGENT FROM TAXI THAT WAS THERE TO PICK ME UP. DRIVER CAN VERIFY TIME AND MY PHONE RECORDS CAN SUPPORT IT. RETURN AT 1:20 P.M. IS A BLATANT LIE, I AM CONTACTING AMERICAN EXPRESS TO REPORT FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

I wasn't sure how I was charged,,, the bill was not broken down to explain charge's... I believe I over payed... because I should have been given credit for having to drive 50 miles to pick up the truck, which was suppose to be at my home town... not 50 miles away

Overall service was horrible, crappy communication in regards thenlocation of the reserved truck. It seemed that the dealer was lazy and did not want to bring the truck that I reserved and paid for in advance to the location I originally reserved it at, instead had me drive with my family an 20 minutes farther than planned.

Ken was kind and helpful. Was disappointed that cab of truck was not or had not been cleaned in awhile. Especially in this Time of the virus!! I thought all vehicles would be wiped down and sanitized before they were sent back out by an employer of your company. Not the case!

I would suggest that you arrive about 45 minutes early for your pick up if you are using the UHaul App to check in. You will need to take several photos of the truck and your license. They needed 2 contacts. I had to wait while they called the contacts and confirmed with me. I was there approximately 45 minutes before I could get keys and leave.

We were not given a truck with the size we requested. Very frustrating. Reserved 2 weeks in advance. Asked for a 26. Guaranteed a 20. Given a 17. Had to make multiple trips and charged for more mileage.

I originally ordered a 26' truck from a location 2 miles from my residence. The night before my move I was informed I would have a 17' truck and the pick up location was 16 miles away. All of this added a lot more miles. I had 32 miles just getting the truck back to my residence. A 17' truck meant a lot more trips in return means more miles. I returned the truck after putting another extra 16 miles on it. I had to make the best of it due to scheduling but I originally would have had very low miles. That is a huge extra charge that you are stuck with since you are made aware the evening before pick up.

Don't cancel my first reservation and have me drive to a completely different location. This location is not responsible for what happened. He was awesome. He was able to make me a second reservation. We didn't have an appliance dolly. That made the whole day worse. The gentlemen informed me anytime Sunday we could return it. Well that wasn't the case I then got an email and text message saying our truck was due back by 6 am keep in mind I would have missed this if our pets didn't wake us up at 6am. I called U-Haul and they said it would be ok to return it later in the day around 12 or 1. She failed to tell me that it was going to be another $116 just because I was not properly informed there was going to be additional charges. I really would like to talk to someone about this matter this whole experience has been bad. Especially for renting my first U-Haul. Last but not least the only reason the vehicle had high mileage was it was the only vehicle I had and I had to travel around to find an appliance dolly. Please call me. 419-341-4255
