Customer service person had no idea how to rent out the truck. We physically went to the location the day before to let them know what was needed. The young lady the next day did not know what to do. Took us 1.5 hours to rent out the truck. She was a lovely young lady. Need to train staff. Truck had a nail in the tire and body damage. It was noted. Great pricing.

A waste of time.
STEPHEN HGreat location and easiest rental I’ve ever done. The truck had a gash on the side and was growing fungus, mushrooms out the side of the truck. I also noticed that the transmission was having problems. The truck needs to be serviced and to grow that type of fungus, this truck has not been maintained in a very long time.
