My issue is with the App when turning the truck in - I had to fill out the return questions, mileage, etc., 5 times before it would receive the information and upload it to the main server. I didn't want to put the keys in the box until I had that done.

The guy at this location was extremely rude, and didn’t listen when I asked him not to run the credit card on file at I was paying on another card, the hours of operation on the door states 9-6 he closed before 6 as I returned from the bank down the street with the payment at 6:01p it was locked up and dark, he told us he close as 5:30 when the hours say different, then he said to be there at 9am to make the payment he ran the card before 9am he did not give me a chance to even get up there to make the payment. I will not be doing business at that location again and I will not recommend anyone to go there, the customer service is horrible.

I don't think it's right I had to pay full price for 2hours 15mins use with a truck stuck in 3rd gear and that's what the store told me to do because previous user jammed the drive gear, when I rented truck 9:30am to 11:45am 99.00 for 2 hours . Bad for buisness

After renting from a number of U-Haul locations I have decided to make Safe Ship U-Haul My 1st Location of choice. David does an excellent job in every respect. He may seem A bit quite but he is very thoughtful, thorough, efficient & helpful.

The owner is not very pleasant and did not assist me with my missing drop off location (I chose one initially but it seemed to disappear from my record when uhaul changed the pick up location). Had to call customer service and get their help with drop off (they were great, by the way)

I had a problem with the drop off point. I was told I could drop off at any location at my destination. They were all closed. I received a text message 3 hours after I dropped the unit off and was told to drop off at a different location. When I call the area code 407 number that was listed on the text, I spoke with a customer service rep who was extremely rude. She continually talked over me and would not hear my information I was given. I had to make 3 more phone calls to get this problem corrected.

I had read reviews online that this person was not friendly. Does not even come close to describe the ice cold demeanor of this guy. I am accustomed upon returning a rental truck having the dealer check it in front of me while I'm standing right there. As usual, I waited and he came out and told me I could "leave now". Now I see an almost $20 charge added to my credit card by this jerk. WHY??? I returned it with the same amount of gas, swept clean, etc. I will be disputing this charge with UHaul. They should find another dealer to represent them in this town. Avoid this place like the plague.

When they say they are open till 5:30 PM, they need to answer their phone at 5:15pm for someone stuck in traffic and trying to return their trailer!!!

I signed a contract that states $19.95/day...but was told to return the truck at 3PM because somebody needs it at that time..I picked it up around 9:15 AM...we felt so rushed just because there's a limited supply of trucks at this location?!!!I feel I should not be charged for a day(24 hrs.)!!!!!Thank you

I would only recommend this location if you plan to pick up the truck during business regular business days/hours. Trying to pick up the truck using the 24/7 service was impossible. I spent way too long on hold only to be told there was nothing they (customer service) could do. If it weren't for the man coming in early, I would have had to wait another hour before getting the truck. It was an absolute nightmare and completely aggravating. Come to find out that they are already aware cell and satellite service is spotty there at best. Never again.

The individual working in this location was so disengaging/unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. I called two days before my scheduled pick up and you would have thought I was totally disturbing him. When I hung-up I just attributed to him being busy in the store. Two days later when I went to pick up the trailer again I was meet by an extremely non engaging individual. Totally made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Finally, his instructions for how to attach the trailer where just so poor. I owned a 32' travel trailer so I know how to attach a hitch. The gentleman at this store was just so disinterested in showing me how to attach this different hitch from what I was use to.. I left the pick up site and proceeded home. I had to unattach the trailer and never was I told that a jack would be needed to lift the trailer off the hitch (perhaps this is common sense and I should have know). Also getting the hitch back on (mine was screw on) took an extraordinary amount of time. I even had to pull over to the shoulder on I-95 and try to tighten the hitch. Fortunately, a All-State tow truck driver showed up and assisted me in getting the hitch tighten. Again, maybe the sales person oif asked would say he did tell me how to attach the hitch, but it was so brief and unprofessional I didn't want to deal with him. I would challenge U-Haul to have this person to a mock explantation of how he istricts people to attach and unattache the hitches.

The gentleman who was operating this location was very nice and professional. He quickly delivered what we needed and was very accommodating. I stumbled across this location as I had previously tried to rent from another location, which advertised incorrect hours and wasn’t able to deliver a moving truck. I’m very glad to have found this new location for all of my moving needs. A++++

The guy lied to us said we had a full tank and we didn’t he said the company said it that way so that you wouldn’t run out. We rented a 15 foot and he gave us a 20 told us we would get 10 miles per gallon and we got eight. I would not go back to this location ever.
