Leroy WIt was closed I used the drop off service. Note to all that maybe you should tell someone that you have to take live pics when dropping off. I took pics and locked the door and dropped keys in box then went to turn in app. It then asked for the live pics of odometer and fuel. I have them on my phone but would not access library.

CHRISTOPHERJAMES DTruck was very dusty inside and the floors had not been swept. Windows dirty. Truck seemed to be straining to provide power. Person inside store was not personable at all. On a scale of 1 - 5, he was a 0.

Tammy WUnfortunately the U-Haul truck I had reserved was not returned the previous day. Luckily, I was offered a bigger or a smaller truck. I opted for the larger truck and my original price was honored. I appreciated the efficiency of the check in & out process. Would definitely recommend this UHaul location. Thank you!

Jonathon SThe outside of truck should have been washed. The windshield and front of truck had so many dead bugs, that is was obvious that it was not washed or attempted to be cheated. Secondly, NO TRUCK should be rented with only 1/4 tank of gas. I fueled it up after renting and it cost $82.00. Now I know I need more than 1/4 tank of gas to travel across state. But I also don’t know how much I needed. So when I returned truck, there was definitely close to 1/2 tank of gas left. Which I paid for and did not get reimbursed. That’s a horrible customer service right off the bat.
Humberto TGreat service but I recently spoke to a customer service representative about a rental that was brought back earlier than planned and she wouldn’t speak to me because I wasn’t the driver but I was the one made the the contract for the rental my name was on the contract but she refused to help. Other than that everything went well. I’m just hoping I can get a credit on my next rental

Murl HThe man that works at this location is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to interact with. He was incredibly rude and surly. I had questions about the quote, but he didn’t care to explain. He just slapped a piece of paper in front of me and ushered me out the door and threw some keys at me. I suggest you people close down this location and fire that person. I will suggest no one that I know in this area now that I’ve moved here ever go to that location. I’ve done business with U-Haul over the last decade on and off and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had close the location immediately and fire that dummy. Thank you.

Joshua AReserved truck furniture pads and 2 furniture dolly’s for a move. Went to pick up and there were no furniture dolly’s available. I was annoyed since I had reserved them on line. I was informed that they can not guarantee they are available. So, I don’t feel they should be listed on your website.
Karyn KThe gentleman at this location was awful. I called him to ask about hours. He gave me a one line answer. I got there didn’t say a word he just pointed out back I drove around back. He didn’t say a word. He just took it off my truck and walked away. Very very rude. Very inconsiderate and me being in the customer service business for 33 years. This place sucks
