Return truck at about 10 am. No body was there. And I had to do the Return of the truck on line which is not real easy to do. And the truck leaked.
MICHAEL JThe truck was unclean and I wasn’t given a description on the Uhaul insurance and exactly what it covers. The clerk wasn’t indepth in Uhaul policies.
Ronald BRight outside the gate was a homeless camp. It made us nervous to leave the truck outside the gate, since the area did not look its best. We tried our best to get the Uhaul to be as enclosed as possible since we were dropping off on a weekend, when the facility was not open. We didn’t want the equipment to get stollen that we borrowed.
Brittany KI did not receive the utility dolly and furniture blankets that were orders and paid for. I need this refunded. 2nd request on this. Brakes are bad on the vehicle. It pulls to the right and the wipers were absolutely no help in the rain.
Tracey EI ordered a furniture dolly and a dozen furniture pads. They gave us a regular appliance dolly and no furniture pads. I had to call the 800 number to get that straight because the store I went to, the lady couldn’t help me with that??!
Joshua PI reserved an appliance dolly when I placed my reservation. There was no dolly there. The awesome associate called around to a few of the neighboring locations, but none had a dolly. So- I had bother some friends last minute and drive 20 miles round trip to borrow a dolly. Also- some associate from another U-Haul location called and said my order was cancelled because I failed to pick up the truck… 40 minutes after I already had the truck. Not sure what that was about and why she had an attitude when I was the one being inconvenienced by her calling me in the middle of my move!
