I didn't see the key drop off on the fence maybe a note on the door to let people know where the Dropbox is other than that the experience was great

the drop off areas are not identified at all. i had to park across the street in a gravel/muddy area and walk across to the storage area.
Tatiana SI have used U-Haul many times on the East Coast and the West Coast, this was the friendliest kind and welcoming store I have ever been at. I would recommend her for moving with my friends or local moves. Made a high-pressure day into something much better.
LINDA CI was told by the employee the return the truck at half a tank which is exactly what I did. Yet I got charged 2 gallons of gas at over $6 a gallon after the fact! I didn’t even use an entire gallon of gas in the less than 10 miles I drove.

Roxanne LHad blankets in the back from previous move apparently - they were a bit damp. Looks like there may be a slight leak in the back forward driver side corner as there was some water there when we picked it up. Overall real happy with the person at the office. She was very helpful.

Dennis SThere was a step during check out where you wanted me to give you a second person's phone number to verify that I was who I said I am. Since I had no idea when my husband at work would have time to answer the phone I was very worried about a delay. You already had photos of my drivers license and my face. This step was not shown on the video and if it had been I would not have tried the automated check out process on my phone. Frankly I thought it was unnecessary and obstructive. Either show it on the video or don't do it.

Charles RI had a 15' truck, 10' truck, auto transport and 6x12 foot trailer. I had to drive 81 miles to pickup the 15' truck and was given an addition to my mileage. I then had to travel about 112 miles to pick up the additional trailer I needed which caused me to go over my miles. The there was no option for a closer pickup and no option to gave it delivered to me. I was under my mileage for the 15' trailer but over due to having to get the trailer attached. My trip was from Lakewood, WA to Sacramento, CA. Both vehicles made together.
Deborah HUpon returning my 24 hour one way rental to this location as directed by my contract per UHaul, I was unable to complete the process due to no drop box existing for key returns. I was left with no other option but to wait another hour and a half until they opened to complete the process. I was put into a very compromising position due to the negligence of UHaul and decided to file a formal complaint against the company. The next day, I received a two sentence email from a supposed general manager George Moody completely disregarding my claims. A truly unprofessional gesture from a nationally recognized moving company.

I kept getting the “I’ll call you right back” and never heard anything from this company or anyone, just to find out it was right where I parked it a month ago. Would not recommend

Gina BDespite being told so by numerous UHaul representatives, along the way of our journey and in update emails, there is NO KEY BOX. That’s a serious concern and a great inconvenience due to the distance from my actual destination. I can’t just pop over with the key the next morning.

The office was closed with no key drop off option, and both phone numbers that were posted on the door did not connect me with anyone who could assist me. When someone did appear they were initially quite surly, later apologizing and blaming the "Heat" for their bad mood.
DIANE EThere was no information about there being no drop box for the key for after hour returns or available parking inside the gated area which was already locked up for the night. When I wanted to change the return location I was informed that I would be double charged for the rental. WTF? The key had to be handed to office personnel at 8am the next morning which is when my flight was leaving from the airport. I did the online return and had my son in law return the key the next morning causing him to be late for work.

LUKMAN TWhen dropping off the truck the receptionist was inept and rude. She could not find any record of me renting the truck and therefore could not give me a receipt saying I returned it. She informed me she did not work for U-Haul.

christopher sWe had to get a new Uhaul, not the locations fault. However the person who I spoke to was short and did not allow for us to utilize mobile pickup after hours. We were then told that we had to wait until the next morning instead of final closing hours. This caused us to move the next day at 10am, instead of when we planned the night before at 6pm. It pushed back everything, and her being rude didnt help. The person who checked out the vehicle was helpful as were got there right when they did. The uhaul was never cleaned and has food crumbs all over. I will not be using Uhaul in the future based on these experiences.
Kendra CThe clerk who helped us, Lisa, was so friendly and helpful. And when we had a problem where my husband locked us out of the uhaul after we unpacked our uhaul and called her up the next day, she was helpful in letting us know who to contact and just letting us know these things happen.
TAKAHIRO SI was charged for an extra day in the uhaul when I brought it in the day it was expected. I asked for a refund, the manager who responded didn’t even address the issue at hand! I have not received a response. Its extremely frustrating!
Angela WThere are absolutely no clear instructions about after Hours drop off and not a single drop box in sight. They called me and gave me attitude for leaving the truck where I was supposed to because they don't do after Hours. There needs to be clearer instruction if that's the case because the website allowed me to go through the entire drop off process without any issues. Would not recommend anyone ever use this place because it's more of a hassle than anything.
CHLOE RI didn't notice until I was driving next day in rain that wiper blades were falling apart & metal was scraping glass! Luckily rain didn't last long!

Wendy CThe drop off location at 112th Street in Tacoma was difficult to find and no signs were posted to indicate it was a U Haul drop off site. There was minimal parking for cars so the U Haul truck barely fit in the parking lot. I would not use this location again. The front desk was courteous though.

Caitlin BWhen renting the truck I was given a location very close to my one-way destination. Hours later I received a text and an email telling me to take the vehicle to a different location. When I went to the new location I was told that they could not accept the vehicle because they had only signed an agreement with U-Haul the previous day and did not have their computer system set up to conduct any U-Haul business. I then had to call the U-Haul representative who had directed me to the new location to obtain a third location where I could finally drop off the vehicle. Again this is the worse treatment I have ever experienced as a U-Haul customer. I was charged double of the estimated cost and the customer service was beyond customer reproach. I would like to see a refund for the overcharging and incredibly poor service. Contract # 99377670

Kenneth PLocation is not 24/7 drop off. There’s no lockbox on site after hours and no signs telling you what to do after hours for uhaul service.

JACOB BYour website was very difficult to use. It was misleading. I thought I had rented the truck from the nearest location. When I went there to pick up the truck, it was at another location. The site substituted a nearby location. Also, I needed a lift not a ramp and you don't make them available. I will have to find another company if you cant provide it.
Gayle HThe 2 gals there were SPECTACULAR!! Easy process they made easier and pleasant. The gal who made my reservation and checked me back in went above and beyond as a representative of UHaul, I think her name was Lisa. She was the older of the two ladies though. (And I can say that as I am older! ??) I understand they work for the storage facility. This as just an added benefit for renters and is a great idea and so convenient. I will be using UHaul through Urban Storage again soon. Only one complaint was that it looked as though the people before us had food and drink in it because it was very sticky in the cup holder area and looked as though it dripped down on the floor. Other than bottled water we did not eat or drink in the truck. Again Lisa, or whoever she was made the whole experience pleasant and easy.
Elizabeth LThe check engine light was on, when I delivered the truck back to the location the battery light came on. When I sat at stop lights the truck shook a lot and felt like the engine was just gonna shut off. It had a smell of oil. The Fuel Economy MPG gage didn't work. The air conditioning didn't come out of the main vents, it only came out of the defrost vents at the top of the dashboard.

Blaine DMike neglected to right down the vans mileage so i did and then he disputed it. Then even though the van had a full tank he charged me for gas. The customer service was very lacking and it boils down to him not being willing to give me back 4.50. This is not an upstanding way to do business and I feel like you cheated me out of money. The sum is irrelavant its the principle that counts. I guess it's true when they say buyer beware
