I'm not satisfied with the business they have charged my card three times and it hasn't been resolved to this day. They did not listen to me when I asked them not to charge me again when you charged me already. This needs to be resolved soon . Thanks

Thomas SThere was rate issues because my reservation changed from one location to two, so the system struggled to get my bundled rate. It took 30minutes to sort that out (not their fault). On top of that, this location didn't have the moving pads so it added a 3rd uhaul stop. The uhaul was gross inside the passenger area...sticky and stained cup holders. Then we go to move the uhaul and the lot only had 3 vehicles, but of course the one I needed was blocked in. Just an overall frustrating experience.

Janet SAgain, UHaul changed my drop off location. What is the point of a reservation if you change everything every time? Dropped the trailer off after hours so did not interact with any staff.

I was however very unimpressed with UHAUL since they allowed me to reserve a Appliance Dolly and then it was not in the truck. This is very unprofessional of UHAUL. thankfully I had access to another one and did not have to pay mileage on the Uhaul to go track one down. Lessoned learned you cannot accept anything besides the vehicle to be there even if reserved online.
