I got rained on through the cab of the truck. I was told the price would be cheaper if I dropped the truck off the same day I received it and didn’t have to use it till Sunday.

Blankets I ordered were not available. Location was a retail convenience store with only one person working the register and rentals.
George MNo actual person to help. The parking spots are average parking size and can't accommodate a large truck well, which made dropping the truck off difficult. The drop box is all the way in the front on a random storefront, but parking is in the back. There is no business called "Sagermatha Home Decor" that we could find here.
AUTUMN GUhaul was dirty. Moving blankets and dolly were thrown all over the truck. Hardly any gas in the tank. The business owner was over an hour late giving me the truck because they failed to leave the keys in the lock box for my reservation. Because of this, my move went over my rental time. Even after the poor service, I still filled the tank halfway, swept the truck, and secured the dollies and moving blankets. After all of that I was charged a full second rental rate and a second safe move charge. Currently trying to dispute this. Awful experience.

Victor PWhen making a reservation listen to the customer and inform them of how to pick up the vehicle when the location is closed. No one informed us we had to use the app and we could not get the app to work and it was a inconvenience
Frank SWas not provided a receipt until after I left (came through electronically). Would prefer to receive a paper receipt before leaving, seeing as this was another business and not a traditional U-haul facility.

Ruvym MI chose in-person pickup at a different location. Your company delivered it to this location and changed my pickup location and time. The truck also had very little gas in it. The in-person experience was not a good one and I was prompted to use the links sent to my phone to complete the pickup my truck. Issues with this process delayed getting my truck even after I my pickup time was already delayed. The clerk was also late opening the store at this location.
Charles FDropped off truck about 6:05 PM. Store was closed. There was a lock box out front but I couldn’t leave the key because the lock box didn’t have a key to secure it! I had to go back the next day to drop the key off
Donald HCharged for gas when I put in MORE than I started with. Store name was different from what was listed and difficult to find. Location was closed, use drop box.
