Yordani RAlready submitted my concerns but I feel was worth a 2nd review since you requested it I was asked tonpick up the truck an hour after my reservation time it would've been fine if everything else wasn't terrible. The truck was steer happy and dangerous to turn because of it. The manager at the location was rude and unhelpful. At a second location in medley where I rented half a dozen furniture pads - I was given the wrong ones, didn't have time during my move to go back and exchanged but to top it off when I returned the single blanket I was given instead of the furniture pads, she decided to charge me twice. Worst experience. The gentleman that did help me when I called customer service, Josue, was kind enough to both listen to my concerns and help me submit a report so hopefully my issues will be addressed.

Fernalee MTHE PEOPLE AT THE STORE HAD DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE TRUCK APPEARS THAT IT HASNT BEEN MAINTAINED. THE TRUCK HAD BAD AXELS AND HAD ISSUES CHANGING GEARS. EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. 0/10 WOULD NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE OFFICE WAS DIRTY. THE LADY THAT WORKED THERE HAD AN ATTITUDE, WHEN WE TOLD HER THE TRUCK WAS HAVING ISSUES, HER RESPONSE WAS “YOU SHOULD’VE CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE”. HONESTLY, ITS EMBARRASSING FOR U-HAUL. SHE EXPECTS HER CUSTOMERS TO GO GET THE TRUCK FROM THE BACK AND WHEN WE RETURNED WE HAD TO GO PARK IT AT THE BACK WHICH IS ALMOST 2 BLOCKS FROM THE OFFICE. THIS STORE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO BE A “U-HAUL STORE”. I ASKED ABOUT MILITARY DISCOUNT. SHE SAID SHE NEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. JUST A MESS. HOPE THIS CAN BE RECTIFIED IN THE FUTURE.

Nelson MI understand the procedures of the trucks availability but that is the problem. Having a customer wait until the day before to see if you have a truck is very stressful. Stress kills that's the biggest problem I experienced.

Jose RHave better customer service make sure all equipment or truck is clean we rented a tow to take a car and the person who was working that day didn’t demonstrate how to hook the tow to the car it was already hook prior to our arrival when asked how to unhook it person couldn’t show us it was only by words just horrible experience truck was also damage glad I took a pic and a video of it as a back up incase

Nelfree Plocation was far away from my home, you have locations more convenient to me, the pick up location was tiny I felt claustrophobic it was dirty, crowded very difficult to move around I became very stressed, however the people were normal in the attention to public.
