Took 1 hour to check out for a tow dolly. U-Haul rep was also store clerk. Location and clientele did not abide by COVID-19 safety measures.

Reserved for 9, virtual pick up not done by site even though they have exterior boxes. Had help at 9 did not get truck until 11:45. No blankets as ordered wrong hand truck. Site rep extremely rude and unapologetic. U-HAUL team on phone amazing!

The rear left tire had a screw in it I had to stop to put air in. The master cylinder for the brakes was making all kinds of racket and the brakes were not functioning properly and the truck smelled like some ass when I got in it.

I had to leave the key with the convince store clerk; no one there from U-Haul to deliver to.

I was told that I could drop the trailer at any U-haul location. Later I was directed to a location that was 40 miles away? I'm glad I found the nearest location and dropped there.

Fix your app! Why I was able to reserve a vehicle that didn't exist in my zip code, is beyond me. The fact my reservation was shifted to a zip code 40 minutes away, for a vehicle size I didn't request, is even more peculiar. It's honestly tantamount to fraud -- allowing me to reserve a vehicle that literally doesn't exist in your current inventory at the location I chose -- whats the point of the app at that point? Terrible customer service on the technical side of things. Moreover, whats the point of uploading driver's license info to our business account if we still have to go through the rigmarole of taking selfies and pictures of our license when retrieving our reservation? The more info I can provide prior to the reservation, the better. I'm trying to retrieve my vehicle and GO -- not provide my personal details for a 2nd time. Fix your app!

This is not the pickup location's fault...I was sent 35 minutes in a different direction of my original desired pickup location because scheduling department doesn't get sent reservations until 48 hours before pickup. By the time scheduling got my reservation, the locations that were in my desired area were already closed for the weekend and could not prepare my truck with the phone pickup. However, there were trucks available in my desired area. Poor scheduling protocol that greatly inconvenienced me on the day of my pickup.
