So u-haul didn’t have the truck I reserved a week before my move and I had to go with a smaller truck and a different location for pickup which made me put more miles than wanted to and I left it with more fuel then when I got it. But after spending over $200 on a U-Haul and not even getting the correct one I needed I still get charges an extra $25 because I went 24 miles past my allotted miles. NOT REALLY HAPPY!!!

NICOLE GKaren was very easy to work with and she did an excellent job.
MICHAEL MNot real sure how to rate this location. Dropped the trailer off (earlier than the deadline) took pictures (with date showing), and then found out that they said Iwe turned the trailer in 1 day late. Had to call Uhaul for a refund, which they did promptly. (Thank you)
RICHARD WTie down straps kept coming off. The slide out to get your car on to the dolly was hard to get out need WD-40
JOHNNY HNothing. Karen was absolutely the best help. Her customer service is stellar.
SHIRLEY BKaren is a new U-Haul dealer and is still learning the ropes. When she reserved a trailer for me, she mistakenly checked the smaller-sized single-axle instead of the 6' x 12' tandem I needed. When I arrived to pick it up, she realized her mistake. So she located one 40 minutes away and, instead of having me travel to that location, she insisted on fetching it for me. She literally jumped through hoops for me!
SID LThe brake and blinker lights worked but the tail lights did not. We had to buy two battery operated tail lights at the first truck stopfor the trip for $38.
