Santos refused to take our truck, he gave us the address of another location that we could drop it off at. we drove all the way to that location and they were closed. (they closed at 4pm and it was about 4:45pm) we then drove to another location that we found on GPS but no one was there. we were finally able to find a location (Salty Dog Storage) and Adrian said we could drop the truck and leave the keys in the drop box. I had a surprise dinner planned for my husband and all of this driving around made us an hour late for his birthday dinner. I am very upset because I was VERY clear at truck pick up what we needed and I was willing to pay the extra $40 for the convenience to drop by our home.this is the third truck we have rented from you in the past month. the first two times we were able to drop the truck at the Acorn location (you can check the records and see that is where we dropped the first two times). on the evening we were dropping off (Monday 1/15) it was pouring rain, it was my husbands birthday, we were exhausted and hungry and all of the driving around and confusion was horrible. Santos (at Acorn Storage) was very unfriendly and rude. he wouldn't even call the Hunters Creek location to try and work it out. he was short with us and very mean. it is unfortunate because the first two time we went there the employees were lovely. I looked up the store and I see that Santos is the manager? He does not deliver good costumer service at all. he did not even attempt to try and solve for yes. we are very disappointed.
