I rented a truck for a day. I returned it after about 5 hours. The location has a sign stating that they open until 9:00 PM, but when I returned the truck at 5:45 pm the same day , the open sign was still lit up, but the location was already closed. I had to put the vehicle key in the after hours U-Haul Key box that is mounted in front of the store. The worst part, U-Haul kept charging my credit card every day until I noticed it and went to the Samira Foodmart to ask the Store Manager why he didn't check the U-haul Key Box to see when U-Haul Customers return their keys. I just hope they get rid of those overcharges on my Credit Card.
ALPHONSE IUHAUL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT....AND WANT ME TO PARK THE RENTAL FOR HIM.. .SAID HE WAS TIRED....3 HOURS LATER NEVER RECEPT

Alexis FI was charged a ridiculously high "fueling fee" for a tiny amount of fuel, they claimed I drove 19 miles when I only drove about 6, they were confused about what equipment to give me and put the hand truck in the wrong truck so I had to move it myself, when I mentioned the pictures of the truck were inaccurate I was told "there won't be any problems I promise", and the owner was completely unwilling to help his employee handle things. I don't know how they could improve other than the owner actually caring, training his employee, and neither of them lying.

ALLAN SOur only issue was the check out process. They didn’t process a return, so we tried calling with no answer and mailbox full, a call to U-haul customer service, and an in- person visit in order to rectify the situation.
JoAnn OBad expierance. Mini convience store location. Store tendant had to leave store unattended to help with showing us how to hook up pull behind trailer.

ANTHONY PThere was no one there to hook up my trailer. They told me that there would be. I called U-Haul and verified it before I went to pick it up. There was no one there to do it. No one knew how I had to have someone help me that did not even work there and the brakes on the trailer did not work the entire time Very bad experience

Paul DThe shop was listed as being open till 9. I scheduled a pickup at 7:20 but they closed at 7 that day for some reason. Had to get on with uhaul Scheduling to chnage pickup to 11am. Even though the pickup date moved a whole day, Uhaul did not change my drop off date so I lost a day of packing that I paid for.
Lance TWe got there and they said there was no trap.Then they ended up finding out that they gave us the wrong track.When we went to return it, we got charged for moving blankets which we weren't supposed to be getting and we didn't even get the Dolly that we were supposed to be getting.We ended up having to buy a dolly on our own
Michael gunprofessional, took over 2 hours to pick it up. the rep was not on site. and he was very rude and unprofessional. lacked people skills. and i’d really rethink having him as a vendor for you! he also didn’t come and hook my trailer up I had to do it on my own. (pulled it thru a terribly kept dirt field.) no one inspected the trailer NOTHING! he will NEVER get a referral or my business again and I hope the other people who had to wait hours for him think the same.

Barbara DMake sure equipment is maintained and inspected, the first haul that was given to me had balled tires. Also at this location the cashier that was there had he kids at work in which distracted her at this location and I was also over charged for a trip that only took me 5 hours out of my day in which I was charger $244 for.
