We got there about 11:50. We’ll pick it up at 12 went to their little building by the U-Haul‘s. There’s a note saying to go into the store so I had to go into the store Mad lady in there get all the paperwork went to go out. She asked if I wanted to use a jack. I said well don’t they come with a jack? She said no you can borrow their store jack but I had to return it. I said well what if I need to take that trailer off while I’m gone, she said you’ll have to take your own floor jack so well I’m not going back home to get a floor jack so anyway borrowed their floor. Jack went out. Didn’t offer to come out or send somebody out to help me jacked it up got it on my truck did a test light notice some of the running lights weren’t working and left blinker/brake light doesn’t work now keep in mind this place is a auto parts. Also, it was open so I asked her about it and she said that we would just have to unhook that trailer re-hook another trailer to see if any of those worked I said forget it I’ll just take it as it is. I’ll just replace the bulb myself so I drove down to O’Reillys in town and went to get the bulb out to match it up and realized that the tail lights are not bolted in. They are riveted in so you have to drill them out four of them to get light cover even off and then you’d have to replace rivets back into it so I just drove it the whole time hopefully not to get a ticket and when we got done with it, I took a air hose air blower out and blew it all out as it was full of dirt old straps that were just cut off on the side when I got it so yeah I won’t return to that place. I’ll probably just go to a U-Haul rental place actual store wherever one is I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul stuff. This is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how you can run a trailer without a jack sorry.

Nobody knew anything about that until I reported it should’ve been checked in and not given to me. Damage reports should be made by the renting agency not left up to the customer to take pictures and turn in.

Ron JThere was some mud or dirt that smelled bad on the inside of the trailer. One of the rear tail lights did not work and a couple of the marker lights also did not work. Overall it was safe just needed some repairs and to be cleaned.
