I suggest putting some rail road ties or something behind those trailers. The girl at the counter didn't know how to check the trailer in and said just park it anywhere. Well we parked it next to all the others, there were no tire chocks and damn near lost the trailer down the hill. Luckily we were able to hang on to it and the wife found a rock to put behind the tire before it went to rolling. Scared the hell out of us. Could have been a bad situation.

This was an absolutely terrible experience! I had to change locations at the last minute, which was an additional 10 miles away from where we lived/expected to pick up. I was reimbursed a slight amount for that. However, due to this the gas station was already closed when we returned and now I’m charged a $30 fee for refueling. I was charged $48 for a 45 mile rental. I guess U-Hauls are 1 mpg! Also, pick up was ridiculous with the mobile pick up. That took nearly an hour to get verified! When I called, I was transferred three times to speak to someone. Overall, a terrible experience! Outrageous charges, and not great customer service!

I dropped off the trailer the day I was supposed to and it was at a gas station and they told me that the person from UHaul only came in on Wednesdays and I went back on Wednesday to make sure that I got a receipt for returning the trailer on time, and their printer wasn't working and all I could do was take a picture of it from his computer to verify that I had returned the trailer. However, the agent was very nice and apologetic.

My experience was horrible. The car dolly was broken I’m surprised the car got down here. The truck driver door didn’t close properly. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray. The truck didn’t go over 60 miles an hour. The dandridge location gentlemen was an asshole. The whole trip was a nightmare. The truck was a death trap. If someone is really reading this can you please call me at 516-605-2070. I tried to call customer service and was passed around cause no one wanted to deal with my experience.

Pick up location changed from one 10 minutes from where I needed trailer to 45 minutes on the other-side of town. Cost me two hours of travel time in a Motor-home through Sevierville On the positive Sammy's place of business was very courteous and helpful.

I had requested a 15 foot truck and was provided a 12 foot. I needed the larger truck for all of my belongings and they ended up not all fitting. I was also shorted two furniture pads.
