First thing the place smelled like a POT den. Arrived at approx. 5PM. Personnel had issues conversing in English. The power was out (no fault of theirs as a missive storm had just passed through) They could not process my return and ask me to leave the key and they would do it after the power came back on. The truck was cleaner than when I picked it up. A charge of $13.60 was placed by them on my card at some point after I left. Not sure what it was for. We left the fuel tank at the same level as it was when we picked it up. Just over a quarter of a tank. The truck was returned a day early and below the mileage we were allowed on the odometer.
TOMMY TI thought a 2 wheel dolly came with the truck and I could break a seal if I wanted to pay for usage. I was disappointed not to have that option but loved the way you promote movers.

JAMES CThis was the worst experience I have ever had. I reserved a 10ft Uhaul at a different location, they bumped me over to a second location which also didn’t have a truck for me. They then sent me to a third location where a 26ft truck was my only option. I was driving 1100 miles and was not comfortable driving this 26ft truck, and it costs me at least double in gas driving as far as I did. I would not recommend Uhaul to my worst enemy.
Cameron RThis was the worst Uhaul experience ever. I got the truck on the mobile app because there was no workers there. My reservation was at 7:30am. When I finally located the truck (it was not parked near the store at all) it was almost 8:20. I started my online checkin and that took another 30 minutes or so. The gas was a little under 1/4 tank, but the mobile app doesn’t let you click that but you do take a picture to show them, I also had no appliance dolly which I was charged for, and again the pictures were uploaded showing it was not in the truck. When I returned the vehicle the rude, unknowledgeable, unprofessional worker told me that I was supposed to supply him photos, I explained the gas situation and he still said I would need to add it to 1/4 tank. He then said I would need to go back out there, add the gas and take more picture with my phone for him to see. He also tried to say I would be responsible for cleaning the dirty truck and that he wasn’t removing the dolly charge. I had the truck less than 2 hours and didn't even drive it 15 miles and somehow he was trying to charge me more than was even deserved based on my experIence. I will be requesting a full refund. I have never been treated like this from Uhaul and I will NEVER use this location again.

Jessica RThe back was dirty and the guy running the U-Haul needs to listen to his clients because he just said yes to what I said and did what he wanted. Now I’m being charged a fee for dropping off at a wrong location never will I go back to that location. Poor customer service shows up late and trying to get one on you .

David AThe guy tried to double charge me. Claimed insurance had million dollar coverage. He was eating and spitting chips everywhere while talking to us. The trailer had a none working tail light and he kinda just threw his hands up like oh well

Nancy VI was told that mileage was not an issue then see that I was charged $1.00 per mile for 98 miles upon my drop off location in Tulsa; my original reservation said that my reservation was a flat fee and that there were no additional mileage charge. I’m certainly making a complaint because I know that I was taken advantage of based on ethnicity and gender. You should be interested in this too
Tedra WThe guy gave the truck and Dolly I rented away. It was super hard to move furniture and what not without the dolly. They did give us a bigger truck, which was inconveniently big. I was way over charged for what I got. I wouldn’t go here again.
