Uhual was not clean when I received it yet i was blamed for it. Maybe next time be clear on the cost of everything not just charge me 50$ after saying it was 3$ more. Will definitely not be coming back

Absolutely everything was really, really bad about this experience after using you guys for the past 20 years. You guys offered us a deal to switch location so we agreed. After speaking on the phone with a representative, also mentioning it multiple times in person that we were dropping it off in Riverside. When I try to drop it off of Riverside, they told me it was contracted for same location drop off and they couldn’t do anything about it and I was gonna be charged over $400 for their mistake. And then before I could even get out of the parking lot, the truck shut down because there was a loose battery.. not just dead battery. It was completely loose. The person helping us did not know that they were doing. They were extremely rude. They didn’t know how to take my order. They took a really really long time to even go through the process. I think I even had to walk him through the process because he didn’t know how to do anything . Of course they messed up the contract because of the drop off location and the representative on the phone did not help. Give me a good solution. I had to come up with a solution on my phone to still get charged more than I thought overall worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Since I was a little kid.
