I can't think of a thing to improve
Albert CI reserved a 15 foot Uhaul bc I was moving a whole house 600 miles and it confirmed stating this location had the truck I needed. Upon arrival they only had a 10 fr truck and no dolly that I reserved. So they said you can pulll the trailer! Absolutely not! Not ok. Not only did I not have a loading ramp but I couldn’t bring half my stuff w me to my new home. This was not a local move and I am not impressed. Maybe this was Uhaul fault and not sams variety fault since Uhaul took the reservation.

Nancy RIt took hours for them to check my vehicle in. I returned it at 1 o’clock and they didn’t return it in until 530 but I didn’t get charged extra time.

Jennifer CReserved a 5x8 cargo trailer from Jericho Outdoors in Berlin NH and was given 4x8 cargo at Sam’s Variety in Gorham NH. I was then told I couldn’t return trailer to Sans Variety without extra charge. Why even have a reservation system????

Don DOnly issue was billed for an extra day after drop off. Telephone advisor (Brithany?) was great and got the extra charge reversed
Philip EThere were a few things off with the truck which I believe I was charged for. However the truck came like this when I rented it: Steering column was slightly off - the wheel was positioned slightly to the left, still rode ok. There was a small crack in the middle of the windshield. When I returned the truck I was charged an additional $120 under missing/broke I figured when I first rented the truck the steering wheel & crack was accounted for and charged to the previous customer. I’d like to have my $120 refunded. Best Troy
Troy MTruck was not ready to go when I arrived, had to pick it up at this location which put me behind schedule by several hrs, the truck was not it good condition, by far the worst rental experience I've ever had.
Jack CTruck was parked uphill in the snow. Had to fight to get it unstuck. This particular vehicle had steering issues / loose steering making the multi -state trip very frustrating at best.

marylou bI've rented here twice in the past 30 days. Both times the truck was clean and ready to use. The counter person was very pleasant and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I had a great experience renting from SAM'S.
