The trailer had a cut wire in the harness when I picked it up. I had to take it across town to be repaired, with no lights on the trailer. Even after the repair, electrical issues persisted with the trailer. Inspect the equipment! Lost over an hour of my time having to deal with something that should not have happened. The only advice given was "Well you can leave the trailer, someone else will rent it if you don't even with the wiring issue."
Yuri S.I originally needed a pickup truck and none was available, so U-Haul upgraded me to a 15' truck for free. Upon checkout, the location charged me the actual rate for the truck and double charged me for my mileage package. A call to U-Haul the next business day cleared everything up and I received a refund of the difference. Overall a great experience and even with the wrong billing that happened.

Guillermo S.The gasket for the windshield was loose on the truck. It flapped while driving with the distance recorded at 50 mi. Also, the rental location was changed at the last minute even though I had a reservation for a closer location. I was told at the original location that a mileage adjustment would be made since they did not have a truck but the bill reflects otherwise. It is the principle not the money.

Janice F.Rental 24/7 was the worst experience. The location has bad internet service and it was impossible to check in on mobile. Thankfully the nice owners of the car lot there let me use their wifi. It took 30 minutes to get checked out because they want pics of renters and license, pics of drivers and their license and an additional contact they call to verify you. It was really overkill and it would have been easier to check in with a live person. Checking back in was just as difficult. Would not recommend!!
Sam N.Next time you can ask the people at U-Haul where I picked up the trailer not to take a photograph of my son's license plate with their personal phone I did not appreciate that I'm not sure if I was charged for a run on his license tag or not it was not a good experience and you can also tell them as well to learn how to Hitch a trailer we had semi trucks blowing their horns at us on the way back to Anderson South Carolina to let us know that the trailer was throwing Sparks because it was improperly hitched up correctly neither myself or my son did this to U-Haul people did it not happy about this!!
Cachemia S.The car carrier had a broken part when I went to pick it up. I had to drive the truck to the other Uhaul center in Sanford for a good one; wasted an hour of my time. This equipment should be properly inspected and ensure that it is in good working order before being left for customers.

James G.Truck was fairly clean but did have to be swept out prior to use. Also I wish Uhaul would just fill up the trucks and expect them filled upon return! Trying to estimate gas to replace a specific amount that was in tank when picked up is a poorly thought out practice and very inconvenient and irritating to customers.

JAY C.Don't lie to the people and false prices 142.00 for the use of a truck to move. Bullshit no deposit but you have to pay it any way so why lie and say you get the refund of your deposit back. I it's a bullshit hustle and will not use you again. Plus Facebook will be a good outreach for the lies you told.
