The online return process via U-Haul Web-site does not work. Your software is not well designed and it is very hard to start the return process, as 'Account Log-In' is required (and I have an IT Background). I don't have an account (and don't want one). You should make it very simple, ie start with the Vehicle number or last name. So that was quite frustrating in itself and after wasting precious time searching required info in all paper work and trying to sign it, I could not get this going. So I asked the Owner of the return location, San Mateo Auto Works for help. He didn't know how to handle it, however contacted U-Haul and was then going through the process (while swearing and complaining that he had to do that for me). The biggest problem here is that he has a terrible attitude about it all, yelled at me and blamed me for wasting his time. He accused me and yelled "You should know what to do when you rent from U-Haul". I disagree. It was a terrible experience, I will never get back to this business and it makes me wonder if U-Haul is the best choice for me.

Vladyslava RThe location was closed I had to return by using the app which said I was done but no key drop off box. Some type of combination lock was on the door but no instructions. I just left the key in the business mail slot. No signage for where to park.
ARTHUR MI was moved to this location from the location requested. There was no U-Haul representative at the pickup location and n o instructions on how to get my U-Haul truck after several calls, I finally was able to reach a representative to help me. It was not a good esperience.
