This location was fine . I have issue with U-Haul not having equipment and allowing me to reserve only to not have it be available when the reservation time comes. Forcing me to have to pay more per mile at a further location.

The rental was excellent. Clean and the vehicle drove excellent! It suited my needs perfectly. The location was great and the personnel were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

***Female beware the old man, is very rude and disrespectful***, first off it’s a corner store and you have to get in the line behind the other customers. I also rented a small dolly, I rolled it and open the back, there was no straps for it to hang on, so I put it on the passenger side, the older male ask why I put it there, I told him it had no straps in the back, he took it out and put it in the back, so I left, on Main st a man told me the back was opened I pulled over and shut the back and went back to the store and told the son, that his dad didn’t lock the back and folly fell out. I went back and it was gone. I returned the truck and the anger man started yelling about some water that waste on the mats, then he came back and said there was dirt in the back, I checked the truck to make sure nothing was back there, it looked like a small amount in one area. When left my house there was a piece of paper and it took it out no dirt. That man went back in and came back out and asked about the dolly and I told him that it fell out the back of the truck, I said remember you took out the front seat, I told him undoubtedly you didn’t lock it because it fell out, he got in my face and told him that’s on himit, and he started yelling acting like a fool. I never had a situation like this before I will not

Way too much paperwork

When we picked up this unit, it was completely dirty inside, trash inside and broken glass inside. The dolly we rented was not inside and we had to go back in and get it. The person at the front desk never bothered to come out and look at the vehicle or go over anything with the vehicle. Also, the tail lights did not work, but we had brake lights. We had already put the dolly and the insurance on and somehow mysteriously our quote went to over $165 more than our original price would not recommend the site as they are not helpful and they do not check their vehicles because we were given this vehicle with less than a quarter of a tank of gas

The truck made a buzzing noise the entire time I had it! While driving the engine jerked randomly. Needs to be maintenanced.
