1.van was filthy. Mud all in floorboard, on exterior of van. Cargo area filthy too. Van was never cleaned from prior rental. 2. Windshield had a 12 inch crack. Very unsafe, but had to have van for a business trip and took it anyway. It was the only one avaliable at this location. This is twice they have givin me a cargo van with a cracked windshield. 3. Overcharged me by almost 300.00. Invoice was revised to correct amount after calling U-haul customer service and this U-haul rental agent.

I rented a U-Haul truck from the Sanctum Storage location and had a very disappointing experience. The truck was in extremely poor condition. The cab smelled strongly of cat urine and had clearly not been cleaned before the rental. More concerning was the mechanical condition. The check engine light was already on, and when the truck reached around 60 mph the steering wheel shook badly. It felt unstable and unsafe to drive at highway speeds. A vehicle in this condition should not have been made available for rental. I hope U-Haul will review the maintenance and inspection practices at this location so other customers are not put in a similar situation.

Sarah DVery small lot for sanctum storage had difficult time pulling U-Haul and trailer in there and then was also told by customer service agent that the auto transport trailer was not supposed to be dropped off there, even though it was on our contract think them storage kind of threw a wrench into things

Michael Keverything was fine at this location, however you service out on Tyler Ave at that Motel was terrible, unfriendly, not helpful, the whole experience was bad! And others feel the same about that place!
JESSE LI had also rented a utility dolly which was not available. Making it clear at time of rental booking (online) if such equipment is available would be extremely useful.
