The manager, Daniel, arranged to pick up the U-Haul from the Location on South 41st Street for me, so that I would not have to. He walked me through the contract and also helped me with pads for the U-Haul. He did great with what he has on site. This is the premier storage location in Abilene. To continue in that lead, they should buy Master Locks that fit a U-Haul trailer and sell then at cost to the U-Haul renter. Believe it or not, the locks used for individual units in the Sanctum Storage are about ond-quarter inch too narrow for a U-Haul. Even the locks most recently sent by U-Haul, which Daniel gave me free to use on the U-Haul, were too small. That would have save me 45 minutes to a local retailer who sells those locks. Also, this location should have synthetic rope for sale in 100 ft intervals. Then, we wouldn't need to go get them ourselves. Respectfully submitted, Happy U-Haul Renter

The police were called bc of an altercation just outside the premises of the U-Haul drop off. I witnessed the entire altercation while waiting to drop off my U-Haul, and on the phone with the owner. The owner was so kind to unlock the gate to let me in. But it’s way too remote and dangerous to just use the drop box. Again, the owner and his on site manager were awesome! The squatter outside the location made it very scary!!!

I put yes to all the questions but facility was closed and wouldn’t open until after my drop off time so I can’t truly answer the questions about. Although Andrew was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the gate code prior to my drop off so truck was parked where directed by Andrew from Sanctum

The gate was locked & the place was sketchy at best. When I started asking questions about what the guy was telling me about the rental, he goes “Haven’t you ever rented anything before?”
