First off the location I was sent to first on Deans bridge rd Augusta Ga was very unprofessional.They didn’t provide any help,They was very rude.They didn’t have any knowledge to where the keys to the truck was and they had my brother help look for the keys.The whole time while this was going on the man was sitting in his car.I had A very bad experience with them They didn’t even have A stable building.To do business out off.I called the call center and ask if they could find another place where I could Get A truck from due to me wanting to do A one way From Augusta GA to Gainesville Florida it was had how ever they managed to find A truck available in Wrens Ga. Now that place I highly recommend.The lady was very knowledgeable,Respectful and helpful.She Had great customer service..
