I returned my truck with 1/4 tank of gas more than I had when I left and I only ended up renting it for 6 hrs instead of 24 but they charged me because I went over 1 mile. Ridiculous. I checked out in the app so again, it was not the location.

Greg MDifficult to get a vehicle when the place of business is locked when arrived. Better information/instruction should be given upfront about how this vendor operates in the set up/ confirmation email.
Nathan BThe pickup location where I reserved the truck was changed the day before. No one was at the new location which was farther away, then we got sent from sandy to Centerville. We had to wait for over an hour then back to Taylorsville then to hooper.
