I was charged incorrectly. Not able to discuss the charge either them. No number to call to discuss over charge. I drove 11 miles. Heavy rain so I returned without filling. You charged me for 7 gallons! Please call me 612-599-6288. Worst experience with Uhaul ever!

I had no contact with them, I dropped the trailer off after hours and called U-Haul to let you know I dropped it off. They have a parking lot where you can connect or disconnect trailers safely.

The rental company had trouble with the u-haul credit card scanner. Had to go on website to pay but owners of rental center did it for me. Frustrating for them

Provide a more knowledge and communicative staff. I was not contacted to let me know they did not have a utility dolly for me, needed for my move. Instead of calling back from my voicemail regarding the lack of crediting my unused boxes they put a credit into my bank I happened to see after the fact. Inside of cab was dirty and leftover items from last user were present.

There just was nobody there when we dropped off the truck. There was a note on the door though saying they would be gone from this date to this date. Of course that was when we dropped it off. Otherwise it's a nice place.

No parking spot cleared to put the truck. No one there when I dropped off the truck. I wanted to see if I could get some of the gas money back because there was a little over half a tank in there.

24/7 pickup app did not work using gps location. The requested furniture pads were nor provided. I requested pickup in Lakeville, MN but Uhaul told me the day prior to pickup that I had to drive 2,5 hours to Redwood Falls to get this truck, then drive 2,5 hours back to my home to load the house hold furniture.

They were great, they even helped me load the trailer onto my car. The front end was too heavy for me to lift. Thankfully it was easy to tro remove by using a block and board I found on the lot outside to lift the weight off the tongue of the hitch. Thank you.
