They were not there when they were supposed to be. I had to call U-Haul and they tried to call and they couldn’t get them. I left them a message to call me when they got in. Finally went back down there at 10:30 and they were there then they told me I was lying because they were there at nine, which obviously weren’t because I was right out front and there were no cars and a closed sign was up.I had stopped by the day before to make sure they would be there or if I could do it electronically and they said they did not do that and they had just put a sign on the door that said be back soon because they were leaving during the middle of the day. The lady finally said oh I went by around nine when I was going to the grocery store and no cars were here So it was a terrible experience in the gas was off by a quarter of a tank on what the contract said and what it actually was so I was out more money for extra gas that should’ve been in there that wasn’t. You couldn’t even walk in their building because it was full of smoke from them smoking. This is not where I signed up to get the U-Haul from but this is where I got assigned and then I wanted a dolly and they didn’t have it either so to put it bluntly terrible experience and when I asked the person I had to call to try to get a hold of the people that were supposed to be thereabout the $50 guarantee for some reason I wasn’t eligible for it. This is a place where a U-Haul business should not be allowed. They are not responsible.
