I picked up truck at 11 AM and returned it second day 8 AM. The store charge me two days rental, double move safe insurance, dolly rental and moving pad. It's unreseanable. Won't rent a truck at this store. No good!

Train employees at uhaul dealer location in Chino, CA Failed to print out contract upon request. Managers son/ employee asked me to leave with equipment without having a contract printed or emailed. Failed inputting DL information correctly Failed to input correct email information Failed to input correct contact information Failed to have equipment clean upon rental Failed to meet reservation pick up time after planning two weeks in advance along with an in person verification one day prior to pick up.

the guy give me the car with incorrect mileage. he didn't event want to check the mileage and the gas gauge before he handed me the key. give me a different price compare to the online price

With my experience I feel that I should have been credited the FULL amount I was charged. I rented the UHAUL to go Feed the Homeless in the Park. I have a Non-Profit. I got soaked on the way there and back. I took videos the UHAUL was leaking BAD on the driver & passenger sides????????

Agent tried to charge me insurance even after I declined and his vehicle charge was $4 more than I booked. He proceeded to tell me to sign stating that the final charge would have the insurance off, but I declined so he wrote a new contract to omit, but the vehicle charge was still $4 more than in my contract. To just go I signed but I never received a response as to why it was more. Felt shady.

The customer service barely spoke English and couldn't communicate why they had all the additional fees. They double billed my credit card. $52 at pick up and $51 when I dropped it off.
