I have no complaints. The customer service was top notch and the truck was very clean. It was easy to pick up and drop off the truck. I would definitely use this location again if I needed to rent a truck.Steven R.

We were sent here after our chosen pick up place (tunnell hill towing) was unavailable. The business was locked and had a sign on the door directing people for Uhaul rentals to the business next door (Crider auto parts). However, personnel at Crider said "We don't have anything to do with Uhaul, You have go next door to Tunnel Hill towing." We are grateful to the personnell n the east Ridge office for locating anothertruck nearby at S&M.MICHAEL S.
U can't improve perfection. I am so thankful that I was given the opportunity to rent the U-Haul and return in the middle of the night and leave keys in a drop box for the next customer to use before morning! Great service!MELISSA W.
When we arrived at the specified time, the shop was closed and we waited for 30+ minutes for the owner to arrive. When we picked up the truck, the cab had not been cleaned. There was pet hair (most likely dog) all over the entire seat and floor, and there was dirt in the floor with dust and pet hair on the dash. There were wrappers and paper in the back of the truck which I had to sweep out. This truck was left by previous renter without cleaning. In addition to not being clean, the fuel gauge was showing less fuel than was recorded on the paperwork.Dale D.
We also told the person at drop off at dalton what happened and showed them the picture but today I find out I have been charged over 25 dollars for what I do not know to do with this booking and honestly I think this is the last straw with I haul I am sick of the dramasDaniel C.

Lot was somewhat full with other vehicles, but reasonably easy to maneuver the trailer into place. The after hours mechanic assisted me I lifting and placing the trailer d was a complete gentlemen and professional I wouldn't recommend my initial drop off location, EVER. Some garden center several miles away. I called in advance advise I would be there after hours, he gave me specific instructions for drop off. Yet, when I arrived, all gates were locked and secured and no access. I was on the phone with several UHaul customer service for at least an hour. Only one if the 4 I was pawned off to was helpful. That would be the last rep that arranged and coordinated an optional and approved drop location.CARI M.

I took the survey hoping to have a place for my opinion. I have used u haul for years on and off for my moves and have been mostly satisfied with it. This time, I can't say that. I picked the I haul up on less than a quarter tank of fuel and put $75 in it across the road from pick up location, I was told I would be reimbursed for the fuel remaining over what I picked it up with. It took almost a week for the charge of truck to go through my bank and then I realized I was not reimbursed for the fuel overage. Very disappointed, as moving is a high cost in itself. I hope some one sees this and will reply because I really don't want to put this on reviews for your company but I do feel u haul and diminished in customer service. Thank you, Vonda SteppYVONDA S.

Best thing for this one is to close it. Did not help me at all. Didn't even come over to where I Unhooked it. Took about 20 minutes because I had never unhooked one before. They do not unhook like other trailersFRANK S.

There are two different locations listed to rent from at the same address. The owner of the location arrived two hours after the place was supposed to open. He had to create a new order for me to get the truck. He said the online reservation was just to guarantee the truck would be there, but it wasn't there. He was late again the next day when returning the truck. He said we could just use the online page with Uhaul to return the truck and check in. But when trying to do so the Uhaul website was â€œdown for maintenanceâ€ and unavailable so we had to wait for the owner to arrive.Tc C.

This location was fine the original location I was supposed to drop my trailer off of at well I call the location and the man told me there was no room for the trailer that I really from you guys that I have to take it to a different location I asked him what location was and he told me the name of the road but he wouldn't give me the phone number and he was very short and a bit rude that guy was not very professionalAdam H.

Watch out for this location. They lied about the starting gas meter on a contract. I literally drove 13 miles and the gas meter didn't move and I was charged $7.60 for 3 gallons of gas. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. I will never do business with UHaul ever again!STEPHEN H.
