Not much, but when a person is using Contactless Pick-up the Attendant needs to be more informed of the account regarding if there should be a Utility Dolly with a truck. Quite annoying when she acts completely oblivious...

I reserved a 17 ft truck 2 weeks in advance. Called and confirmed it a week prior. When i got it today they didn't have my 17ft truck. I had to settle for a 15ft truck that was filthy inside, and it blew white smoke out the tail pipes, very loud truck! I didn't even get a discount! So disappointed! Next time I'll get a budget truck!

The only problem at this location is that it is hard to get in and out of. The staff was polite and friendly, the young lady that called me on the phone to remind me of my appointment was nice and helpful, If I have moving needs again I will return here.

Maybe offer a military or AAA discount to ease the stinging price for this old retired guy. My first rental from U-Haul was. 46 years ago. It was a 4x6 trailer that I pulled 750 miles behind a VolkswagenBettle when the Marine Corp transferred me from Quantico to Kansas City. Everything went smooth then and everything went smooth last week. Glad to see U-Haul is still around.

I was very upset. When I booked this U-Haul I went over item by item what we would be hauling and I was assured it was large enough. When they confirmed the rental and pick-up time I again expressed my concerns about the size. Again went over item by item what I was hauling and again I was assured it was large enough! Well we ended up have to load two additional vehicles because there was not enough room!! Very dissatisfied!!!!

I had reserved a dolly but this location did not have a dolly. Also, my contract was not adjusted and when I dropped the truck off at the drop-off location, they contacted me to ask me to return the dolly that I did not receive. In the future, make sure the contract is accurate before the customer leaves to prevent problems later.

I have been a long-term customer of U-Haul (12 plus rentals) in past couple of years. The online confirmed order had changes at the pickup location. New Drop-off location was in system. Had to provide U-haul individual entire new input to rent truck including credit card. In addition, had to provide verification to rental truck by giving a name & number of an individual to call. U-Haul should know my history and loyalty, you had my credit card and Photo ID. This is a turn-off to continue to use U-Haul if required every-time I rental a truck.

The truck was extremely unreliable. There were constant engine noises and it was not easy to maintain on the road. The lady was nice, however, and was able to cut a deal on the truck because they didn't have the size I wanted. But, I would not use this location again.

1. We were not able to E15 fuel nearby - no instructions about this from the office 2. They did not allow me to drop off the van at any other location and asked us to return it their office at morse road only. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone

Was charged for extra dollies that were already in the truck. I didn't even use them... or ask for them. Thought I would get a little money back from gas since I filled it more than it was suppose to be.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to U-haul. I had reserved a truck with another company. The company called me 20 minutes prior to closing the night before I was to pick up my truck to inform me they wouldn't have a truck. I called one U-haul location who didn't have any available but gave me a number to call for them to look at all U-haul dealers to see what was available. Within 10 minutes I had a truck reserved for pick up the next morning. Pick-up and drop off at S&M was super easy. The gentlemen working in the office were very nice and helpful. If I ever need to rent a moving truck again I will call S&M.

Judy was extremely helpful and efficient. She took great care of us and the truck worked perfectly. The only issue was my daughter thought she left her wallet in the truck when we dropped it off (store closed and truck locked). We tried to call the office AND the EMERGENCY phone number at least (3) times to find out if we could go look, and NOBODY EVER called us back. She went to the store today and got the wallet when the store opened, but she was pretty worried ALL weekend without knowing for sure.... Not sure what value your "emergency phone number" is..

well the green tie that holds the dolly in place tends to comes undone easily, so installing a thicker tie would keep customers from pleading their case that they didn't use the equipment. that has never happened in my rental usage of U-Haul, but as a corporate thinker, I feel that would help to reduce any future disputes with the great company of U-Haul.
